Buck makes a visit.

Neighbor Nikki called a couple of days ago. Her Percheron draft horse, Buck, was not paying attention while working with her in their round pen. Could she bring him up to our house and use our round pen? Are you kidding me? “Yes, that would be awesome!” I rushed out to tell Jack and Diana, who demanded she be wearing her tiara for Buck’s visit. Whatever.

 

That done, I hurried to wake the goat girl’s up from their nap to tell them the news. Satan seemed miffed.

 

I knew Stuart and Louis would be all over this. They love visitors!

 

Before the excitement could die down, Nikki and Buck were here. It turns out our round pen is too small for a huge horse like Buck so his training was cut short.  He did stay long enough to mow our grass and show us a few tricks. Here are the video highlights.
