The items for today’s photographic scavenger hunt are:
- 1. Color
- 2. View
- 3. Stroll
- 4. Outfit
- 5. Blocks
We decided to start our scavenger hunt by walking over the tallest bridge in the state of California, the Foresthill Bridge, right here in town. We got Tucker on a leash and started out. Here are my interpretations of this week’s items.
-
Color
Before we got from the parking area to the bridge, we had to pass a large stone cliff. At the base was a pile of broken, bright blue colored glass from a Sky Vodka bottle.
-
View
At 731 feet high, the few from the deck of the bridge is both amazing and terrifying. Over 700 feet down you can see kids jumping off rocks into the river! Scary.
-
Stroll
Michael and Tucker strolled ahead of me while I took pictures.
-
Blocks
The piers holding up the Foresthill Bridge, constructed of concrete blocks, are the tallest in the United States.

Outfit
Because I missed out on last week’s Scavenger Hunt, I decided to use a picture of Diana in her back to school outfit. Don’t he hatin’.

At the beginning of your post I thought I would like to walk across the bridge. The shots from it were gorgeous. By the time I saw the view with the blocks holding up the bridge at the end,I chickened out!

I liked your set very much. I’m not sure I’d be looking over that bridge though (fear of heights) but what a view. The blue glass was very bright and the Back to school outfit made me smile.

Wow, I learned something new today. I had never heard of that bridge before. Great pics.

I adore the cutie in the back to school outfit! Too cute. My favorite is your capture of stroll!
