to be bad today. If you have goats, you know that they take turns being bad. They know that if they are all bad on the same day you’ll sell them on Craigslist. So, yesterday was Donovan’s turn and today Banning was up to bat. His infractions include climbing on me, chewing my clothes, hoofing me in the face, pushing me, pulling my hair, kissing me, and…………………………………..
ENTERING THE GOAT-FREE ZONE!
I know he looks really sweet, but..
He is plotting and planning….
“I will knock the old woman down and the raisins in her pocket will be mine.”
“I will get Donovan to help.”
“No way dude. I was bad yesterday. If we tag team her, I’m on Craigslist for sure.”
“Your lawn chair? It’s mine now.”
“You see this hoof? You still want a piece of me?”
And that’s the way it went. All day. So, I lined them up in the barn before dinner and we had a little talk about their behavior.
I could tell they all felt bad about the abuse I had suffered today.
Banning promised to be a better boy tomorrow.
I think he understands how bad he was today.
So, I gave them the raisins and let them off with a warning.
I returned to the house confident that Banning has a deeper appreciation for my authority.

Cindy, Unfortunately it will be Donovan’s turn today. Aidan only has a bad day every couple of weeks because he is only a baby at 6 months old. Banning is a year old and Donovan is 11 months . Hey, maybe yesterday was "B’s" birthday had he was just celebrating. Teenagers!
