Michael, Tucker and I just returned yesterday from our motor home trip to Half Moon Bay, on the California coast. You may have seen a couple of posts I made while on the trip. Blogging in an RV park on an iPad is no easy feat my friends. The internet connection was adequate for web browsing (or should I say web “surfing” in this instance?). It was not good for posting pictures and video however. The two posts I did manage to upload took nearly 24 hours each to go live from my iPad blog app to this site. The green hue of the lasagna roll-ups is courtesy of the overhead fluorescent lighting in the coach.
We took the trip for rest and relaxation so maybe not being able to crank out posts all day was a blessing. The weather was beyond sublime. We didn’t need long pants or sweatshirts until the day we came home. We had some good food from local restaurants and some not-so-good food. We made a couple of yummy meals too. Mostly we just walked on the beach and allowed little Tucker to become a beach dog. Tucker has not shown a fondness for water so we weren’t sure he would like the beach. We worried for nothing. We he couldn’t get out on the beach he just watched and waited.

Those peaceful vacations are so needed once in a while! I’m impressed at your dedication with posting a few blog posts through an iPad, though. I use anytime I don’t have a laptop as an excuse NOT to blog. 😛
It is a challenge! Thanks for stopping by!
