Sunday was the day of the annular eclipse. I looked forward to it all week. I set-up my tripod and camera on the deck and pulled up a chair to watch. I didn’t have appropriate eyewear so I wasn’t looking directly at the sun. Stuart saw me and decided to go around the fence and join me in the front yard for the viewing of the eclipse. I don’t think he was aware of the fact that we won’t see as stunning a show for another 59 years. But who needs an eclipse when you can eat fertilizer pellets? I am going solo in 2071!
