Security Breach! (Video)

July 4, 2012

While enjoying coffee this morning I heard a loud crash and resulting rumbling which could only mean one thing. The back side of the house had broken off and was crashing to the ground in a huge pile of rubble. I grabbed my camera and rushed to inspect the damage. What I found instead were fainting goats Laverne and Shirley who had breached the security checkpoint and were head butting each other down the deck steps. I think they were making more noise than the back of the house would should it decide to fall off. Sensing their foray into human territory was about to end, they settled down. I was overcome by the cuteness and came into the house to get them each a slice of bread. They eagerly left the comfort of the deck for a slice of bread on the lawn. The security gate was lifted back into place and order restored. The calmer part of their visit was caught on video. Please enjoy the video and consider adding goats to your deck. It’ll give it that little country charm.

at least they didn’t leave any goat “cookies,” on your deck. I love their little goatees.

Goats look great on YOUR deck! They just wouldn’t look so good on mine. I am satisfied to just enjoy your goats…. I don’t need any.
