Graduation Week

June 9, 2012

It was graduation week around here. I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this, but kids sure have a lot more graduations now than they did when I was a kid!  They have preschool, kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school, and college. College can involve more than one graduation and can go on indefinitely. If you are a new grandparent on a fixed income, plan accordingly!

Emily the oldest grandchild at 18, graduated from Casa Roble High School. She is off visiting relatives for most of the summer but hopes to enroll at Sierra College in the Fall.

This is one of my favorite pictures because you can see she was emotional. To her left is her new main squeeze Darren, and Michael.

Grandson Cameron, 12, carried the flag as he graduated from elementary school.

Cameron earned special awards for Extra Curricular Activities and Attendance.

  Congratulations Grads!

Thanks for being at Em’s graduation Mom I know it meant a lot to her to have us all there. I love the picture of her on the field. Can you email me that one. Michael didn’t by chance get any of her getting her diploma did he.
